Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Services Administration, Operations Analysis, Business Administration or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Master's degree preferred. Three years experience in healthcare, quality management and the application of continuous improvement methodologies, tools, standards and guidelines. Experience providing clinical patient care in a hospital setting as a nurse, therapist, technician etc., strongly preferred.
