How does swipeandhired work?

You set your target roles, salary floor and locations once. swipeandhired scores matching postings against your profile, drafts tailored application materials with AI, and either lets you swipe to apply, one tap at a time, or runs fully on autopilot. Every application is tracked in your dashboard.

Which ATS platforms does swipeandhired support?

All of them. swipeandhired applies on every applicant tracking system (ATS) employers use, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Ashby, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud and Jobvite, and on a company's own careers page when it uses none of them. You can also bring any posting yourself by link or pasted text.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Anytime, in one click from the billing portal in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No retention calls, no dark patterns.

Is my data used for training AI models?

No. Your resume and application data are processed only to run the service for you, matching, drafting, and submitting applications. We never sell your data. If you bring your own AI provider key, requests go directly to your provider under their terms.

Tech Lead Finance at Basic-Fit, Hoofddorp

Tech Lead Finance at Basic-Fit in Hoofddorp. Full-time. EUR 5,370 to EUR 7,500 a month. Apply with swipeandhired.

Basic-Fit is Europe’s largest and fastest-growing fitness operator and franchisor: 2,150+ clubs, 12 countries, and 5.8+ million members, and we’re far from done. As a company listed on Euronext Amsterdam, we’re growing through new business model directions and new growth avenues, both organic and through acquisition. To keep scaling at this pace, our Finance function needs a technology and data foundation that can keep up.

Your Role
As Finance Technology Architect, you own the long-term design of our finance landscape — SAP at the core, with the AP, reporting, integration, workflow, data and AI platforms around it — and you help make it real.

We need to decide which systems to invest in, how data should flow between them, and what processes to restructure. You’ll work closely with Finance leadership and IT/Enterprise Automation, and make a visible impact on the finance technology of a fast-growing, publicly listed company.

Your tasks:

Build and own the finance technology backbone of Basic-Fit, including the choice between SAP-native, integration and analytics/AI solutions, and carry those choices through to implementation and production.
Design and document start-, transition- and target architectures, compliant with regulations and standards.
Translate business requirements, process pain points and program objectives into a coherent and well-defined direction, balancing short-term business value with long-term architecture health.
Drive decision-making discipline: help leadership make timely, well-informed architecture decisions, balancing value with implementation risk.
Support the shift towards a scalable data platform and a less Excel-dependent, more automated Finance function.
Grow the architectural maturity of the SAP and finance applications team: raise the bar on how we design, document and decide.

Who are you?
You are an experienced Finance Technology Architect with a strong background in SAP-centric environments and finance transformation. You combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of finance processes, translate business needs into future-proof solutions, and confidently guide stakeholders through complex architecture decisions. You thrive in fast-paced, international organizations.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:

Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a solution architect in a “SAP+” environment: SAP at the core, with a broad ecosystem of complementary platforms around it (for AP, statutory reporting, integration, workflow, data, AI);

Strong affinity with data and application integration patterns;

Strong finance process affinity: you understand Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash well enough to support and challenge the Finance team;

A track record spanning both B2C and B2B contexts, as Basic-Fit runs a large consumer business alongside a franchise (B2B) model;

Strong change-management skills: able to align stakeholders and bring calm, credible direction;

Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

What do we offer you?
At Basic-Fit, it’s not just about work, it’s about your growth. As a Finance Tech Lead, you’ll have the freedom to make an impact and develop yourself in a dynamic environment.
