Which ATS platforms does swipeandhired support?

All of them. swipeandhired applies on every applicant tracking system (ATS) employers use, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Ashby, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud and Jobvite, and on a company's own careers page when it uses none of them. You can also bring any posting yourself by link or pasted text.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Anytime, in one click from the billing portal in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No retention calls, no dark patterns.

Is my data used for training AI models?

No. Your resume and application data are processed only to run the service for you, matching, drafting, and submitting applications. We never sell your data. If you bring your own AI provider key, requests go directly to your provider under their terms.

Qualifications
Qualifications

12+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or related areas.
5+ years of experience leading customer-facing engagements involving solution envisioning, architecture and design, planning, development, and deployment of complex enterprise solutions.
Proven experience designing and delivering modern application and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, including generative AI and Copilot-based solutions.
Strong ability to engage with business and technology stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and influence architecture and technology decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degrees and relevant technical certifications are a plus.

AI-Powered Application Modernization : Architect and modernize enterprise applications by embedding AI capabilities into business processes and digital experiences.
Generative, Agentic AI & Copilot : Design and deliver GenAI, RAG, AI agent, multi-agent, and Microsoft Copilot solutions, including grounding, orchestration, integration, and evaluation.
Cloud-Native Application Architecture : Design scalable, secure, and resilient applications using Azure, APIs, microservices, containers, event-driven architectures, and modern engineering practices.
Data, Integration & AI Platforms : Integrate applications and AI solutions with enterprise data, Microsoft Fabric, databases, search/vector services, APIs, and SaaS platforms.
Security, DevOps & Responsible AI : Apply DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, identity, security, governance, and Responsible AI principles across modern Apps & AI solutions.
Solution Architecture & Customer Leadership : Lead discovery, architecture, technical workshops, and complex Apps & AI engagements while influencing senior stakeholders and translating technology investments into measurable business outcomes.
