Your role at Vantive
As a Senior Commercial Manager, Multi-Organ Therapies (MOST) , you will lead the commercial strategy and growth of our portfolio in Latam through our indirect channel and distributor network.

You will play a key role in expanding the business by developing strong commercial partners, identifying new market opportunities, and positioning Vantive as a trusted long-term partner for customers and healthcare institutions.
This role goes beyond closing individual sales. You will be expected to understand customer and partner needs, clearly communicate the value Vantive brings to the market, and build sustainable commercial relationships that drive growth for years to come.

We are looking for a commercially driven leader with the presence, credibility and strategic mindset to influence senior stakeholders, challenge existing approaches and help shape the future growth of the business.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the commercial strategy for the Multi-Organ Therapies portfolio within the assigned territory, with accountability for sales growth, profitability and portfolio expansion.
Develop and strengthen distributors and indirect channel partners, building their capabilities and positioning them as long-term strategic partners.
Build trusted relationships with senior customer and partner stakeholders, clearly articulating Vantive's value proposition and creating confidence in our long-term partnership.
Identify, develop and close complex commercial opportunities across existing and new customers.
Drive consultative selling, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities based on customer, market and territory needs.
Develop commercial plans based on partner capabilities, territory potential, market dynamics and business priorities.
Lead negotiations involving pricing, discounts, commercial terms and credit conditions while protecting profitability and long-term business value.
Support partners throughout the commercial cycle, from identifying opportunities and developing the value proposition through negotiation, contracting and execution.
Monitor commercial agreements and support partners in achieving contractual commitments and sustainable business performance.
Analyze sell-in, sell-out, inventory, demand and market dynamics to identify opportunities, risks and potential gaps.
Monitor key commercial KPIs including revenue, margin, portfolio mix, profitability, product adoption and growth.
Provide accurate forecasts and business insights to support financial and operational planning.
Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service and other functions to accelerate opportunities and resolve business challenges.
Act as the voice of the commercial partner internally, translating market and customer insights into clear and actionable business opportunities.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

8+ years of progressive commercial experience , preferably within medical devices, healthcare, or another complex B2B environment.
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Nursing, Medicine, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in commercial management, business development, sales leadership or strategic key account management .
Strong experience developing and managing distributors and indirect commercial channels in Latam.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to build business beyond individual transactions and create sustainable, long-term customer and partner relationships.
Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margins, forecasting, pipeline management, contract negotiation and business planning.
Understanding of the Mexican healthcare and hospital market, including private and/or public institutions.
Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with senior customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to turn market insights and commercial data into action.
A strong sense of ownership, healthy competitive drive and the ambition to build and grow a business.
Ability to challenge existing approaches constructively, identify better ways of working and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
Self-aware, open to feedback and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
