What We Offer
Novant Health is looking for a conscientious, compassionate, and skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our pediatric endocrine/diabetes practice of 4 providers in Wilmington, NC. This position would provide clinical care for pediatric general endocrine and diabetes patients in the ambulatory settings to include our offsite clinics in Jacksonville, Scotts Hill and Supply. The ideal candidate is patient-centric, flexible, adaptable, dependable, and respectful of all team members and has an ability to work in a fast-paced environment assessing pediatric patients. Candidate must be able to collaborate well with referring offices. Pediatric experience preferred.

What We're Looking For
- Education: Graduate Degree, required. Graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program, required.
- Experience: One to three years of experience working in a physician practice setting, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current PA license in appropriate state, required.
- NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry, required.
- Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
