Which ATS platforms does swipeandhired support?

All of them. swipeandhired applies on every applicant tracking system (ATS) employers use, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Ashby, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud and Jobvite, and on a company's own careers page when it uses none of them. You can also bring any posting yourself by link or pasted text.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Anytime, in one click from the billing portal in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No retention calls, no dark patterns.

Is my data used for training AI models?

No. Your resume and application data are processed only to run the service for you, matching, drafting, and submitting applications. We never sell your data. If you bring your own AI provider key, requests go directly to your provider under their terms.

This Is What Your Role Looks Like
As Product & Proposition Marketeer, you drive the marketing for every new product, service and membership update, from digital features like Fit Buddies to in-club improvements like our Relax & Recover zones. You are involved from the first conversation with the team that builds it through launch and evaluation. You shape the story, the timing and the one campaign that all our teams and countries get behind.

You report to the Senior Brand Marketing Specialist and join the Brand & Communications team, which is responsible for the Basic-Fit brand internationally.

Your Responsibilities

The story: You work with our product teams from the earliest stage, so the positioning is ready when the product is. You define who it’s for, why it matters to them and how it fits the Basic-Fit brand, in messaging that is simple, distinctive and works in every market (Benelux, FR, ES, DE, AT).
The member and market picture: You build a clear view of our members and the market and use it to sharpen the positioning of every launch.
The campaign: You write the insight-led brief that our creative, media and member-communication teams work from, and run the project from kick-off to launch.
One launch, many countries: Strategy and offer are set centrally. You gather local input, plan the launch calendar, keep creative, media, member communication, club operations and every country on one timeline, and make the call when priorities compete.
Activate in the club: You coordinate the creation of launch materials with our creative and design teams and guide our club and customer teams, so they can explain and sell each new offer with confidence from day one.
What happens next: You set clear objectives, test sensibly with our data and media teams before we scale, and track results after launch. You use what you learn to make the next launch better and bring member and market insights back to product, so they shape what we build next.

Who Are You?
You are a marketer who can make something complex feel simple and desirable. You’re confident sharing a point of view, you’re not afraid to challenge when needed, and you decide based on data and consumer insight. You have a real feel for the trade-off between short-term sales and long-term brand building.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone who has:

4+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, communications or a go-to-market role.
Experience defining positioning and messaging, and a track record of making something complex feel simple and desirable.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
The confidence to share a point of view, challenge when needed and decide based on data and consumer insight.
A good understanding of the balance between short-term sales and long-term brand building.
A plus: Dutch, French, Spanish or German, and experience working across several countries.
