All of them. swipeandhired applies on every applicant tracking system (ATS) employers use, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Ashby, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud and Jobvite, and on a company's own careers page when it uses none of them. You can also bring any posting yourself by link or pasted text.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Anytime, in one click from the billing portal in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No retention calls, no dark patterns.

Is my data used for training AI models?

No. Your resume and application data are processed only to run the service for you, matching, drafting, and submitting applications. We never sell your data. If you bring your own AI provider key, requests go directly to your provider under their terms.

The Client Executive – Endpoint Solutions, CCA drives partner growth and customer success by building strategic relationships and delivering TD SYNNEX’s portfolio of products, services, and solutions.
This role owns customer business plans, aligns account teams and supplier partners, and identifies opportunities to expand market share, grow sales, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
By translating customer needs into tailored Endpoint Solutions and strengthening strategic partner relationships, the Client Executive expands sales opportunities and supports long-term customer success.

What You’ll Do:
Creates and owns customer business plan and pricing model that includes:

Partner's Value proposition and offerings
Geographic coverage mapping
Comprehensive Marketing plan for new business, installed base and renewal/annuities business
Establish quarterly and annual sales goals, reporting and reviewing actual vs goals
Solutions Path engagement, training and certification schedule
Monthly sales review and action item list
Quarterly business review with BU management and related Supplier team
Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.

Provide an increased level of account coverage in order to:

Develop and enhance our executive level customer relationships with our strategic and ISV partners
Grow share of wallet in winning more business lines by improving the 'customer experience' with TD SYNNEX by incorporating more TD SYNNEX brand services and renewed focus on solutions and customer satisfaction Identifies sales leads for the field organization through Corporate Management by identifying opportunities, developing operational plans and providing leadership to advocate TD SYNNEX's capabilities at the customers corporate management level utilizing the customers assigned account team.
Communicates with the customer on a proactive basis in order to identify customer satisfaction issues and isolate root causes of any perceived problems.
Designs corrective action plans that resolve identified problem to improve customer relations.
Coordinates the action plan requirements to appropriate support groups (e.g. TD SYNNEX Services)
Owns and manages strategy for the customer.
Ensure cross-divisional teamwork in order to leverage TD SYNNEX's value in achieving the customer's business vision

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
3+ Years of relevant work experience.
Full knowledge of assigned product / service line.
Gaining understanding of organization's entire product / service line. .
Works on small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity.
Works with some supervision.
Performs and perfects sales and service tasks and procedures under self-direction.
Builds relationships directly with customers to broaden customer base and increase sales.
Actions impact the success of the entire work group.
Failure to accomplish goals or meet customer expectations will result in failure of work group to meet goals.

Other Education/Certifications desired:

Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, or an equivalent endpoint management certification.
Vendor sales or technical accreditations in endpoint solutions (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft).
Professional sales methodology certification (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, Challenger).
TD SYNNEX Solutions Path training and certification.

Working Conditions:

Professional environment (Hybrid).
Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
