Which ATS platforms does swipeandhired support?

All of them. swipeandhired applies on every applicant tracking system (ATS) employers use, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Ashby, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud and Jobvite, and on a company's own careers page when it uses none of them. You can also bring any posting yourself by link or pasted text.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Anytime, in one click from the billing portal in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No retention calls, no dark patterns.

Is my data used for training AI models?

No. Your resume and application data are processed only to run the service for you, matching, drafting, and submitting applications. We never sell your data. If you bring your own AI provider key, requests go directly to your provider under their terms.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
SimCorp is transforming how we deliver services to our clients, and our Customer Application Service (CAS) delivery unit is at the heart of that change. As Lead Agile Team Leader, you will build, develop and continuously improve teams of CAS consultants by building collaboration, encouraging innovation and introducing Agile and Lean practices that make teams effective in a complex environment
You will lead globally distributed teams that deliver high-quality testing services within Upgrade, Configuration and Implementation projects. You'll be a true partner to your teams, helping them deliver maximum value from our clients' investment while growing your own expertise and sharing what you learn.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Coach teams to deliver efficiently and be accountable for their results
Manage team capacity by drawing on organizational resources
Drive agility and reliable, effective delivery
Facilitate team meetings, retrospectives and follow-ups
Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
Model lean-agile leadership behavior
Nurture a culture of learning and improvement
Shield the team from out-of-scope work so performance stays at its best
Partner with Service Owners and other stakeholders

WHAT WE VALUE

Experience with Agile and Lean practices (e.g., as a Scrum Master) in an international environment
Solid facilitation skills and a track record of following up, removing impediments and maintaining delivery momentum
A goal-oriented, systems-thinking mindset rather than a one-task-at-a-time one
