We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Video & Editorial Content (Lead Spokesperson)
to lead our in-house creator team while serving as the external champion and key face of our brands. Reporting to the Creative Director of Video and Social Content, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, team management, and on-camera talent. You will be our resident shopping and savings expert, representing the brand in PR media interviews, broadcast segments, and branded social video content.
To be successful in this role, you must have your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends and know exactly which viral products and savings hacks are driving shoppers today. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves shopping and finding the best deal—and who is highly attuned to the shopping behaviors of millennials, parents, and household purchase decision-makers. If you are passionate about building social video content that resonates deeply with this core demographic, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Strategy: Manage and mentor a team of in-house social and editorial content creators.

Content Strategy: Work alongside the organic social team to build and execute the overarching content strategy for organic social channels, paid branded content videos, and integrated editorial/blog campaigns.

Brand Spokesperson: Serve as the primary Brand Spokesperson and face of the RetailMeNot group brands. Working alongside our team of expert PR and Comms specialists, you’ll act as the shopping and savings expert for all broadcast and PR media interviews.

On-Camera Talent & Production: Host video branded content across our social channels. Film and edit your own high-quality social content, while also collaborating with our in-house video and production teams to execute larger-capacity shoots.

Freelance Network Management: Help oversee and direct our external freelance content creator strategy and lineup, ensuring brand alignment and quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team (PR, marketing solutions, brand, and social) to orchestrate content planning that elevates consumer and media perception of our brands.

Brand Stewardship: Partner with the Head of Brand to ensure consistency in how we talk about our brands, products, and saving strategies internally and externally.

Job Qualifications:

7+ years of experience acting as a consumer-facing spokesperson and social content creator.

Demonstrated experience managing a team and leading content strategy.

Exceptional on-screen hosting capabilities, with a strong portfolio or reel of social media and video content is required.

Proven ability to film and edit your own social content natively, coupled with the experience of working alongside professional production teams for larger shoots.

Deeply knowledgeable about current social media trends, viral products, and the retail space, with a specific knack for speaking to the shopping habits of millennials and parents.

A genuine enthusiast for shopping, household deal-hunting, and consumer savings.

Strong understanding of scriptwriting for social media and branded content video executions.

Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and the capacity to deliver feedback thoughtfully and receive it gracefully.

Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
