Which ATS platforms does swipeandhired support?

All of them. swipeandhired applies on every applicant tracking system (ATS) employers use, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Ashby, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud and Jobvite, and on a company's own careers page when it uses none of them. You can also bring any posting yourself by link or pasted text.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Anytime, in one click from the billing portal in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No retention calls, no dark patterns.

Is my data used for training AI models?

No. Your resume and application data are processed only to run the service for you, matching, drafting, and submitting applications. We never sell your data. If you bring your own AI provider key, requests go directly to your provider under their terms.

In this role, you will both own the strategy and hands-on implementation of tracking solutions for Online Marketing, ensuring the quality and accuracy of data needed to power our most important initiatives.
Working closely with a MarTech engineer, you'll own pixel tracking and attribution tools that fuel channel performance, while acting as a trusted advisor for broader data and platform strategy.
YOURS TO OWN

You own and manage the implementation, optimization, and governance of key tools that support Online Marketing performance, including conversion pixels and Exactag

You design and implement web analytics technologies such as Exactag, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) based on business needs, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting

You design and run structured incrementality experiments on bidding strategies, pricing interactions, and keyword intent tiers - instrumenting them via the Google Ads API for automated allocation and real-time result capture

You define detailed business requirements and collaborate with engineers to implement tracking for broader tools such as GA4, GTM, Adjust, and UserCentrics, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations on desktop and mobile

You ensure tracking pixels and the user consent management tool are properly set up and adhere to GDPR and cookie regulations

You lead strategy and prioritization for MarTech solutions, managing resources and timelines to align with business goals, and assist in the integration of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like mParticle to enhance our ability to manage and analyze customer data effectively

You act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, influencing and enhancing the usage of tracking platforms, and provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting for tracking issues

You ensure the health and accuracy of marketing data, proactively solving problems and providing actionable insights to optimize channel performance

You empower marketing teams with tools, training, and workshops that improve data literacy and foster a culture of informed decision-making, while staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and tag management to continuously improve tracking strategies

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Ownership Experience: Proven track record of managing end-to-end ownership for platforms such as attribution and conversion tracking tools.

Technical Collaboration : Strong ability to define tracking requirements, partner with engineers for implementation, and solve data-related technical challenges.

Platform Expertise: Proven experience with analytics tools and tracking platforms (Exactag, GA4, GTM, Adjust, UserCentrics), including setting up and maintaining data layers and tracking across multiple websites and platforms; experience with mParticle or other CDPs is a plus.

Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of data privacy regulations (like GDPR) and their implications for tracking and marketing technology.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate data into actionable insights and prioritize projects to align with marketing objectives.

Communication & Influence: Exceptional skills in stakeholder collaboration, simplifying complex concepts, and fostering data literacy across teams, while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
